Session Quotas

1. A Session Quota is our unit for each Session.
2. This Course gives you 4 Session Quotas.
3. You can use up these Session Quotas in 1 month time.
4. Each time you book a Session, your Session Quotas are updated automatically.
5. For this Course you also receive 1 Rescheduling Quota.
6. If you are late for a session, the Session will only last until the scheduled end time of that Session.
7. If you don't show up, the Session is counted as one of your Session Quotas^*.

Booking Sessions

1. Each Session has to be booked online by yourself at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
2. You can book as many Sessions as you want for any of the available time slots until your Session Quotas are used up.
3. Each Session is 60 minutes.

Rescheduling Quotas

1. This Course allows you to reschedule maximum 1 Session^**.
2. Rescheduling means that you can reschedule a previously booked Session 48 hours before the original start of the previously booked Session.

Screen Sharing means

1. That you learn online by sharing the screen of the Teacher from your computer, tablet or smartphone. Screen Sharing with a smartphone is possible but not recommended.
2. That you can hear the Teacher clearly and the Teacher can hear you clearly.
3. That by default you will not share your cameras^***.
4. That a third-party software, called Zoom (https://zoom.us), is used for English Sessions.
5. That the Mac OSX native software, called "Screen Sharing", is used for Mac Sessions.

Teacher

1. The Teacher shown in this Course is your Teacher for each Session of the Course.
2. Whilst you and the Teacher discuss the ideas on the Subject, you learn English, vocabulary, sentence structure, idioms, pronunciation and grammar.
3. The Teacher will give you assignments and listening exercises and will follow up with you personally.

Student

1. This Course is a one-to-one Course.
2. The Student must be the same person for each Session.
3. You cannot pass on any Session to anyone else.
4. If you need a Course with multiple students, please book another Course that allows for that if available.

Session Subject

1. The Subject of this Course is the Subject that will be discussed.
2. This Course cannot be used for any other Subject or purpose. This to keep you committed to the Subject and to avoid that the Course would lose its direction.
3. You learn English, vocabulary, sentence structure, idioms, pronunciation and grammar whilst you and the Teacher discuss the ideas on the Subject.
4. The Subject of this Course cannot be changed.

When the Teacher is absent

1. The Teacher will notify you by both phone call and email. This is one of the reasons why we require you to provide us with your phone number. We won't message you.
2. You receive 1 additional Session Quota for each Session that is cancelled by the Teacher.

(^*Important): Because you will lose a Session if you don't show up, make sure that you have a great Internet connection (^**Example): Imagine you have booked most of your Sessions according to your working schedule but your boss rearranges something such that you have to give you up your class. Because we wouldn't want you to lose a Session, you can now safely reschedule this session to a better time that suits you. Just make sure you reschedule that Session 48 hours in advance. (^***Note): It is not necessary that you see the Teacher's face or that the Teacher sees yours. In fact, it is better for you to learn whilst not seeing the Teacher so that you can focus on what is most important: what is talked about and written on the screen. You can request to see the Teacher's face in order to learn, gestures, facial expressions and proper pronunciation.
