There is a difference between cancelling and rescheduling.
Rescheduling could be allowed if you still have Rescheduling Quotas left and your booked Session has not yet passed the expiry date.
Then that's a reschedule.
Cancelling is when either you have no more Rescheduling Quotas left or your booked Session expiry date has already passed (but the Session hasn't yet started).
So if you cancel, the Teacher is automatically notified and they must still provide you with the Session notes for that Session and give you assignments if necessary so that not all is lost.
